This hotel cottage can be found in the quiet countryside of Groningen and a stone's throw from the fortress town of Bourtange. From this hotel cottage, you look out over the endless fields. As soon as you arrive, the peace, nature and friendly atmosphere immediately make you feel heavenly relaxed.

This cottage is suitable for a night with 2 people. The small house is cleverly furnished and therefore equipped with enough luxury to stay here for a few days. The cottage has two single beds (box spring), a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a comfortable seating and cozy dining area, private refrigerator, coffee and tea facilities, television and wifi. When the weather is nice you can sit in front of the house to enjoy a nice cup of coffee.

When you book with Vipio, you get a key code to open your cottage. So you are on your own. Breakfast is included in the price: it will be delivered to your cottage in the morning by the local caterer.

Surroundings
On foot or by bike, you can experience the surroundings to the fullest. Bourtange is situated near a nature reserve of the Groninger Landscape. You walk or cycle through that typical Saxon bocage landscape with meandering rivers, picturesque corners and shady forests. Also discover the atmospheric Bourtange: a place where past and present come together. Throughout the year they organize special activities: from the annual Christmas market to realistically re-enacted battles. In the fortified town, you can enjoy a delicious meal or a terrace. Making an outing? Go over the border into Germany, drive north to the brackish water of the Dollard, visit the dolmens in Borger or pay a visit to the museums in Groningen-City.
