Medieval room in a castle tower

This beautiful castle has a rich history and is one of the oldest castles in the province of Utrecht. Spending the night in this castle is a special experience. You sleep in the medieval tower with many antiques, curiosities, art which creates a warm and cosy atmosphere.

This unique room has a large double bed and a bathroom (with a shower and a toilet). The luxurious and romantic, round room at the top of the tower has an authentic decor which really gives you the feeling that you are sleeping in a castle during the medieval times. From your room you have a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside.

A continental breakfast is served every morning. Breakfast can also be served in your room (at an additional cost). Breakfast is included in the price.

When you arrive, you will be warmly welcomed and escorted to your room personally. The personal atmosphere is partly due to the fact that the owners also live on the premises. They will be happy to tell you about what it is like to live in a castle and everything that comes with it. If there are enough guests, a tour of the castle is possible. Ask for the possibilities at check-in.

There is free private parking at the castle.

The surroundings
In the vicinity of the castle, you can enjoy beautiful cycling or walking tours. You can also drive from the castle within 20 minutes to the centre of Utrecht or within 30 minutes to Amersfoort. Here you will find nice stores, good restaurants and cosy terraces.
