In 2021, a unique boutique hotel opened in this former town hall in Hooge Zwaluw in 2021. The hotel has a number of beautiful rooms with a unique atmosphere. A delicious breakfast is served every morning (included in the price). You come here for the tranquility, the Biesbosch National Park, cycling, hiking, boating, Breda, the Efteling and good food in the area. This room in the basement of the building has an eventful history. The basement was used in World War II as an emergency hospital. In the bathroom of the room there used to be a space where people hid during the war. Now you can enjoy the new life that has been given to the room. The room (45m2) is furnished with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and a toilet, a kitchenette with a fridge, a 2-burner induction hob and a microwave, a sitting area, a television, and of course Wi-Fi.

This boutique hotel is ideally located for when you want to do something in the area. For example, visit the National Park De Biesbosch. Here you can make wonderful bike or walking tours.
