The direct location on the IJsselmeer and the beach make the resort a unique holiday spot. The park has numerous facilities for both young and old. Play tennis, miniature golf, soccer or discover the playgrounds and sports fields together with the younger ones. At the park you can also rent an electric bike, e-chopper, boat, canoe or paddleboards. A short distance from the park you will find an exquisite restaurant, an ice cream parlour and a snack corner.
Surroundings
Friesland is a perfect province for a fun and versatile holiday in the Netherlands. Of course, you can discover the surroundings by bike. For example, visit some of the towns of the Frisian Elfsteden. Are the kids crazy about animals? Then visit Aqua Zoo in Leeuwarden (30-minute drive). In about 20 minutes, you are in Sneek. A town with nice stores and terraces. Through the port of Harlingen (16 km from the park) you can even take the ferry to the Wadden Island of Terschelling.
