The villa has two separate living units, each with its own living room, kitchen, bedrooms, infinity swimming pool and an outdoor grill, and is ideal for family vacation of two or more groups. The upper unit is divided in two floors which are connected with inner staircases and comprises of three double ensuite bedrooms, and an additional toilet, an infinity pool with a large terrace and sea view. It also features a large, sunny living area with fully equipped modern kitchen connected to the terrace with large sliding glass doors. There is also an outdoor dining area with barbecue facilities perfect for an alfresco lunch or dinner under the stars. The ground floor of the Villa, where the first residential unit is located, and is reached by outdoor stairs.

The terrace, with its own heated infinity swimming pool and dining area with barbecue, is ideal for enjoying the seafront view, early morning coffee or dinners under the starry Korcula sky.
