This fantastic 16-person vacation villa, with its own entrance gate, can be found at the head of the island of Goeree-Overflakkee in the south of the Dutch province of South Holland. From the villa you can experience all kinds of fun things. For example, spend a day at the beach (+/- 1 km) or grab a cosy terrace in the village of Ouddorp. The villa has many luxuries and facilities. Make use of the XXL Jacuzzi (6 metres), sauna, playing fields, play/TV room, lounge sets and BBQ (with Jacuzzi, extra costs for use).

The accommodation
The villa is located on a large estate of 1 hectare in the middle of nature near the sea! It is surrounded by beautiful nature where you can have a wonderful time with family and friends. The villa has a sleek look and offers a variety of possibilities. It is an ideal place to retreat from the hectic and daily grind. The villa has a phenomenal view over an extensive nature.

The villa exudes pure luxury but with the atmosphere of a family home. The house has 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 3 separate toilets. Outside you will find a spacious lounge set and a dining table with 16 chairs. You can rent the XXL-spa (swim spa) extra at an additional cost. The swim spa is 6 metres long and has the functionalities of a jacuzzi. Near the spa you will find an outdoor shower where you can rinse off before use. The kids can have fun outside all day by swimming, playing soccer or exploring the nature of the garden. The pool house has rest areas, a shower and a sauna. If you enter the house through the hall, you will find a Green egg BBQ and in the closet the cushions for the lounge set and washer and dryer. In the living room is a with XXL sofa and flat screen TV including Netflix, so you can watch movies and series of your choice with your own account. There are 1 gigabyte down and upload speed and there are Sonos boxes and Wifi amplifiers everywhere in the house. Of course there is a second living room with a gas fireplace where you can sit.Enjoy the spacious home with a lovely bright living room with 2 gas fireplaces and a long dining table with 16 comfortable chairs.The kitchen island and open kitchen is more than fully equipped, including a large induction hob, oven, 2 spacious refrigerators and a dishwasher. The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso machine for a delicious cup of coffee. Surroundings
From the vacation villa, you walk almost immediately onto the footpath towards the dunes and the beach. Here you can relax, fly kites with the children, take a long walk on the beach or enjoy dinner or a drink at one of the many beach bars. The centre of Ouddorp is also close to the accommodation. In the beautiful, historical centre you can find everything Ouddorp has to offer, shopping in one of the nice boutiques, a restaurant or your daily shopping.
