Villa Costa Golf is located in a very quiet urbanization of medium-high level. Located in the central area of the island and you can visit the Tourist Centers very comfortably.
Semi-detached villa in a very quiet residential area for those who want a relaxing family vacation. The villa is next to the golf course, from the upper terrace you can see hole #8.From the beautiful and bright corridor is the living room with air conditioning unit, corner sofa, dining table, flat screen TV, satellite TV, Smart TV and Movistar television platform.On the same level is the fully equipped kitchen.Across the hall you will find 3 bedrooms, a super king with a large walk in wardrobe, a twin room and a single room with a bed.A beautiful staircase leads to the first floor where you will find 3 more bedrooms. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed, dressing room and bathroom with shower and access to the terrace. There is also a twin room and a double room which share a family bathroom.All bedrooms have fans.On the ground floor, from the hallway, there are French doors that lead to the large private terrace and pool area. At one end of the pool there is a shallow area ideal for the little ones. The heating of the pool is optional with cost, which is paid in cash in the complex to those in charge of the villa. Pool towels for your comfort. On each side of the doors leading to the pool there are comfortable sofas and a large table where you can enjoy and share meals with family and friends. In this area there is a very bright room for children to enjoy, equipped with board games, a blackboard, children's books and also for the elderly to relax with a good book... There is also an area with a ping-pong table, a house for children and others.For the chef of the family there is a Canarian barbecue and an outside table with a large parasol for shade.Air conditioning: Available in July and August in the lounge (FREE).Information on the Tourist Centers of the Island, activities in the area, restaurants......GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE UNDER 30 YEARS OLD ARE NOT ALLOWED (CONSULT).
