Farmhouse with terrace on an island

This small and authentic farmhouse has recently been renovated and converted into an opportunity to enjoy a lovely overnight stay for up to 5 people. The nature cottage can be found in the yard of a small farm in a natural environment. The yard is surrounded by water, making your stay a unique experience. You share the yard with sheep, goats, chickens and a pig. Here you can completely relax and have all the time to, for example, have a nice chat, play a game or read a thick book!

This accommodation has its own entrance and garden. The authentic elements in the farmhouse have been preserved during the renovation so that it still has the atmosphere of a farm. The cottage has a spacious living room with a sofa (can be used as a 1-person sofa bed), a TV and a cozy (closed) fireplace. The nostalgic kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher and stove. The house has 2 bedrooms; 1 with a bunk bed and 1 with a double bed. The bathroom is bright and has a shower and a toilet. Outside on the veranda is a cozy picnic table where you can enjoy nature and the sunset in good weather.

You can park your car nearby and then walk a short distance to get to the house.

Surroundings
The cottage is ideally situated if you want to discover the province of North Holland. For example, it is only a short distance to the Zaanse schans. But also cities like Amsterdam, Alkmaar and Haarlem are nearby. Would you rather spend a day at the beach? You can reach the beach of Wijk aan Zee within only a half-hour drive.
