- The suites and hotel are part of a (senior) residential tower. No noise or nuisance after 10:00 pm.
- The entire tower, the suites, the terraces and the balconies of the suites are 100% smoke-free.
- The wind is always unpredictable. Never leave doors open when you leave, not even ajar!
- At wind forces of 5 or higher, it is forbidden to open the doors at the suites.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Candles are not allowed.
- There is no elevator in the building. The 1st floor is accessible via a staircase.
- Please note that there are 2 suites available of this room type on the 1st floor. One suite is somewhat larger with a separate toilet and is located on the side of the building, it has a boulevard view. The other suite is smaller but located at the front and therefore has very nice sea views. It is not known in advance which room type you will be assigned to.
